Restorative Yoga

What To Expect

A chance to slow down, stretch, and deeply unwind from your day. This is a floor-based yoga class that not only calms and soothes the nervous system and mind but is deeply nourishing for the body. We will finish with some restorative yoga poses and a nice relaxation. Bring pillows, bolsters, blankets, and whatever else might serve you well here as support.
